At CartMartify, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location:

  • Local/Regional Products: 1–4 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Weekends and UAE public holidays are not counted as business days.


3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • Aramex

  • UPS

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Order/tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided).

You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status at any time.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy – CartMartify (UAE)

1. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

Return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns is covered by the customer.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We guarantee the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the defective/damaged item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees (from original order) are non-refundable
